Bonnie Silverback Therapies
I'm guessing you have ended up here because you are in need of some help with something...
Maybe you have had enough of living with physical or emotional pain... Grieving the loss of a loved one...
Or are you struggling to live with unresolved past issues... Maybe a relationship break down has left you wondering who you even are and if you could do 'all that' again...
If you have answered YES to any of the above, or there is something else I can help you with and you are seriously ready to make the changes then please get in touch.
Let's get this dealt with so you can move on and have something that resembles normality - not that anyone really knows what that is. Anyway, please get in touch by either completing the form at the bottom of this page - or you can WhatsApp/text the therapy phone - 07871651316
We all experience anxiety from time to time, and feeling anxious is a natural reaction to some situations. Unfortunately, sometimes those feelings of anxiety can become constant, overwhelming or out of proportion to the situation, and this can then affect your daily life.
Treatment only takes a few sessions, and you will start feeling better from your first appointment. In our sessions we focus on solutions and moving forward, rather than spending time going over the past.
Grief is the natural reaction to loss. Grief is both a universal and a personal experience. Individual experiences of grief vary and are influenced by the nature of the loss. Some examples of loss include the death of a loved one, the ending of an important relationship, job loss, loss through theft or the loss of independence through disability.
If you have been living with flashbacks, nightmares, lack of concentration, fatigue, poor sleep, anxiety, following a frightening or traumatic event, you are probably suffering from PTSD, The good news is that I can help you get rid of these debilitating symptoms and help you get back to the real you.
Pain has a purpose when it relates to a new injury or problem. It gives us the urgency to deal with an issue, relevant to how much of a problem it is. However, once we have had a proper medical diagnosis and the tissues are healed, or will never heal, and no more can be done except pain relief, that’s when OldPain2Go® can help – even when nothing else can!
Fears & Phobias
Fear is an emotional response. A person can react fearfully to either a real threat or a perceived threat. Fear can be a good thing as it helps you avoid a potentially dangerous situation.
You can develop fears of many things, including dogs or flying in an airplane. Some people develop a fear response (such as shaking or sweating) when they confront their fear.
Phobia is a response to something that is not a threat. This is why phobias are sometimes called irrational fears. The response is so intense it may interfere with your ability to function or perform daily tasks. Simply thinking about the feared item can trigger symptoms of anxiety.
How much the phobia affects your life is called an impairment, and this can range from mild to severe. If you have a phobia, you might develop a fear response even if you’re not face-to-face with the item. For example, if you have a phobia of crowds, just thinking about a crowd could trigger shaking or sweating.
Everyone has ups and downs. Sometimes you might feel a bit low, for lots of different reasons. People may say that they are feeling depressed when they are feeling down, but this does not always mean that they have depression.
Depression is a long lasting low mood disorder. It affects your ability to do everyday things, feel pleasure or take interest in activities.

Bonnie offered a session to our men's mental health support group ' Men Matters' and the feedback from the guys was excellent. Bonnie is clearly experienced in supporting people with mental health difficulties and a very enthusiastic advocate for hypnotherapy and its potential to heal deep trauma and mental distress. I found her to be very humanistic, open and transparent. We will definitely be inviting her back again to our support group.
I recently had this therapy (IEMT) and my God what a difference its made to me, been walking around with a whole new outlook on myself, feeling positively amazing, confident, happy, loved, focused and confident with my future, free from doubt, free from anxiety and rage. If you are in need of a positive change in your life, this really is the therapy you're looking for.
Had a session regarding chronic pain in my lower back and leg, Bonnie was able to inpoint a deeper rooted cause of this pain and helped ease my suffering. I would recommend this therapy and will be returning for other issues I have
This morning for the first time in 20 years I got out of bed feeling no pain in my back leg or arms, Bonnie helped me realise that I had been holding on to a feeling of pain and shame since early childhood which I no longer needed to carry around with me. I will definitely recommend this treatment to my family and friends, for m the feeling of relief is life changing
I recently had Old Pain To Go therapy after suffering with back pain, wrist pain, shoulder pain and pelvic pain for almost 30 years. I was pain free after just one session! Now I can live my life instead of the pain ruling what I do. So grateful to Bonnie
I’ve had several online sessions with Bonnie to help me work through trauma spanning several decades. From the first session, I felt lighter, slept without nightmares and woke without anxiety. I felt in safe hands. Bonnie is compassionate and approachable. I really liked that she has the skill to bring in different ways of working, when needed, on the fly. As an unexpected benefit, I no longer grind my teeth when I’m sleeping!
I’d recommend BLAST and IEMT to anyone struggling with fallout from trauma and I’d particularly recommend Bonnie.
As a therapist myself, I have a short list of therapists I would trust my kids with and Bonnie's on it. She uses fast, powerful and effective techniques and skillfully integrates and cutomizes each session. She really understands her craft and takes it to the next level. I havent met another therapist as educated as herself in a long while. I highly recommend Bonnie to anyone!
